Overall good . Just one comment there were no coffee or hot chocolate on the waiting area . I was waiting for almost two hours . Would have been nice if we had one

Beware!
Beware!!!! Don't trust their safety check, I bought a 2011 Mazda and took it to my mechanic. Both back brake calipers were sticking and need replaced, didn't check fluids and the radiator reservoir was empty and radiator is leaking and has to be replaced. My mechanic popped the plastic engine cover off that took a whole 2 seconds to do and it was full of tree debris that was completely dried out and very hot, could have caught fire...exhaust safety heat shields are gone. Not much of a safety check and easy, every day stuff that is supposed to be checked to give you piece of mind. General Manager was informed, did nothing at all, not even an offer for some free oil changes or something to make up for their terrible safety check they completely messed up. He also made the salesman call me instead of calling himself. No empathy or apologies from management. Only one good thing about my visit, the salesman Danny Coffey. He was empathetic but had no control over the situation.

I spoke to the General Manager and there was no ownership of the items on their safety check list on the brakes or empty radiator overflow and radiator leak. After argument i was told he cold lubricate the cliper slides but not guarantee anything on what was missed and should have been fixed from the safety inspection that stated was done. He never even commented on the radiator. He said that he may not always get along with all customers and only offered for me to bring the car back under their 5 day return policy. I told him i wouldnt have purchased it had i not thought it was a nice car and it is a nice car. I just wanted them to fix what they told me was inspected and fixed. He didnt offer me any concession, i even suggested some oil changes or something to defray my additional $800 to $1,000 i was going to spend but he didnt offer anything. He was more interested in telling me he was offended. By my email that stated it was poor safety inspection. I never cussed in my email or on the phone. I was nice and was not trying to take advantage. I just wanted something for their lack of proper work stated in writing was completed. I was frustrated that i drove away in a car that had obvious issues that could have broken down on my way home.

Excellent experience from the moment I stepped inside the dealership! First, the salesperson (John Conrad) was prompt and listened carefully to what I was looking for and quickly found two vehicles for me to test drive. He took me on two test drives and then went over the features of both vehicles with me. I explained I was still looking at a few other models that are not Fords and I needed some time. He understood, there was no pressure. When I returned the next day, John was not working, but I was able to take the vehicle I was interested in on another test drive by myself. The following day I returned to make the purchase. Everything went smoothly, and because they give your their best price there is no pressure to haggle. John was amazing! I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership.

New Explorer
The process was quick and smooth. Mr. Witherspoon was helpful and pleasant. My only complaint is that the vehicle I purchased had been used for a loaner at one time. The detailers did not detail the car before I took it home. I was told that they did. Apparently a quick vacuum job was considered good enough.

My experience with AutoNation was very highly regarded they were able to schedule me quickly for warranty service they had the car done promptly cleaned everyone was courteous we were able to answer all questions I had so I give them a total thumbs up.

I bought a used Mercedes from John Conrad who made my buying process very smooth and quick! I had a small issue once I got my car home and they brought me in and replaced the windshield within a weeks time. Gary was extremely helpful and had amazing communication with me until the replacement was complete. I appreciated his kindness and follow through!
