My problem wasn't the work they did it was all the harassment after the work was done. 2 text messages, 3 emails and even a phone call where I told them to take me off their call list. After that I get this email. They seem to think I owe them something when it was I that paid them. I would of been fine with one call checking I was satisfied but the constant harassment I out of line.

Ford Bronco purchase
This was my first time purchasing from Auto Nation. Our salesperson was very knowledgeable, efficient and attentive. The manager came over to introduce himself as well and the finance representative explained the financing in great detail. I would highly recommend this dealership

Scheduled an oil change for 3pm and informed the dealer
Scheduled an oil change for 3pm and informed the dealer would be waiting. Truck didn't move till after 4pm. Still no word from my service writer. After almost 2 hours my truck comes back. I have a white f150, there is oil marks all over the driver front fender. Get in and the entire center console is covered in oil. I have 4 free remaining oil changes, needless to say I'll never return.
