Great quality of service.

Great quality of service. They track the needs of my truck and help me take great care of it. All the associates are knowledgable. They are short staffed for people to answer the phone, but if you leave a message they call you back promptly . I purchased my truck from another dealer knowing I could bring it here for service. I Have been bringing all my vehicles to John Lance for over 30 years. They have had their ups and downs, but they are most definitely back on track.

Effieicient professional and friendly. Bought new expedition with just the features we wanted. Nothing extra nothing less. Got good trade in for our lincoln too.

I highly recommend Auto Nation Ford in Westlake. Denise was absolutely wonderful to work with - she answered all of our questions, took the time to make sure we chose the right vehicle for our family, and helped us understand all of the features of our vehicle before we left with it. I drive my truck for service I was promised it will be

I drive my truck for service I was promised it will be done the end of the day, and the end of the day the truck was not done. I was really disappointed. I had to cancel some deliveries just to get a service no one took care of it.
