Great experience.

Great experience. Greeted and helped immediately. Ashley was very friendly and recommended what I should have done since my car was just a year old. So nice doing business with a cheerful person who is there to help the customer 😊

Oil change on 2014 fusion hybrid

Everything was quite satisfactory except for my customer service representative. He was very inefficient at doing his job and appeared to be under the influence of something. He was gone from his customer service desk almost the whole time. It took him nearly 3 hours to get a simple oil change performed.

I stopped in to the dealership without an appointment to see a car that I spotted on AutoTrader overnight. Very quickly they introduced me to Brett, a salesman, who was courteous and knowledgeable about the car. No pressure, answered all my questions. I completed the transaction and was out the door with my Escape SE Sport Hybrid fairly quickly. Finance manager was pleasant to work with and didn’t try too hard to up sell on services that I was not interested in. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience and recommend this dealership.

An Awesome Shopping Experience

It was lease turn in time and needed a truck with more towing capacity. Danny Coffey helped me to find the best truck for my needs. Danny was friendly & easy to work with. The entire sales team was fantastic.

Great Service

AutoNation Ford takes excellent care of our Escape Titanium. Scheduled maintenance was handled at in a reasonable time frame given the staff was VERY busy and nobody got upset. Courtesy and the Customer were their priority and we thank you!
