Our vehicle was serviced for a safety recall. It was easy to arrange for the repair. We also had additional maintenance completed at the same time which was done to our satisfaction

Bought a used 2012 certified car, 2 days after having it.

Bought a used 2012 certified car, 2 days after having it. Was in there shop for a grocery list of problems that should of been caught through their certified inspection, including brakes. Thankfully I was able to sale the car back to the dealership, and went elsewhere to purchase a car. Be cautious if you decide to purchase used here.

My vehicle was serviced due to a recall.

My vehicle was serviced due to a recall. The mechanical "fix" seems to have been done correctly -- no issues there. Fix was done quickly too -- in just over an hour in a very busy service center. Customer service folks were very pleasant. Only 2 minor recommended improvements: 1) I called the morning of my appointment to confirm appointment time and ask about estimated repair time. I called 4 times over an hour and a half before anyone answered the phone. 2) Upon arrival at the service center, took a few minutes to meet with customer service despite 2 service folks looking "free" to meet the next customer. Then when it was my turn, the service person said I had to be seen by the other service person (I was on HER assignment list). . .and another short wait ensued. But everyone was very nice!

Easy sign in, friendly people, car ready before the

Easy sign in, friendly people, car ready before the estimated time, great price, Trustworthy, I have been to another dealer service center and was told I needed expensive repairs. Autonation Westlake never mentioned the issue, when they do say I need repairs I will trust that repairs are really needed.
