I was not very pleased with my recent visit the

I was not very pleased with my recent visit the AutoNation Ford Westlake. I took my car there to be serviced for the following…. -New tires needed. -Regular maintenance such as an oil change and such. -There is a jerking during acceleration in my vehicle that I believe has to do with the transmission. -New rim needed due to a pothole I hit, and I asked for the complimentary inspection to make sure nothing else was wrong. When I left the car they gave me a rental because they said it wouldn’t be ready until the next day (Friday). It was nice of them to provide a rental. When Friday rolled around I never heard from them so I called in the late afternoon (around 3:30 pm) to find out what was going on. They told they would need to keep the car longer. Thank you for not communicating that at all until I had to call them. They ended not calling me to tell me it was ready until the following Wednesday at something like 5:30 pm on the day before Thanksgiving. I believe they close at 6:00 pm. I was already on the road for my Thanksgiving trip and they said I could just come on Friday. I stopped by to pick it up at around 10:30 am on Friday. After driving my car for about 2 minutes I noticed a loud deep grinding noise. I immediately took it back and they had a mechanic ride with me. He heard it within a few seconds. So obviously no one took my car for a test drive or did the requested inspection or they would have noticed this. They said they needed to put my car up on the rack to look at it and noticed right away that it was a bad wheel bearing on the tire that the rim was replaced. Once again, no one obviously care to inspect me car or made sure nothing else was wrong. For some reason I was there until around 1:00 pm for them to tell me this. A good 2.5 hours of my time wasted on something that should have been fixed when they had it for 8 days. Then they could not tell me how long it would take to replace the wheel bearing so I said I would come back another day since I didn’t have all day to wait on this. I brought it back on the following Monday morning and it took them about 4 hours to replace the wheel bearing. Another 4 hours wasted of my time for something that should have been fixed when they had my car for 8 days. I don’t believe I’ll ever go back to this service center for any service. I will find another place to have my car serviced. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else go there either!

Thank you for responding, but it seems to me that everything you said meant nothing. This response was probably automated and just for show. I've tried calling the General Manager at the phone number (after traversing the menu system) you provided twice and they did not answer either time. I left 2 separate voicemails and no callback. The first attempt was about 10 days ago and the last attempt was 3 days ago on 12/13/22 at 11:31 am. So I believe I gave you plenty of time to call me. There are plenty of shops around that can work on my car and it appears that I will be going somewhere else from now on.

I ordered a custom Bronco Outer Banks in Mar 2022.

I ordered a custom Bronco Outer Banks in Mar 2022. I was told I would receive regular emails letting me know when my Bronco hit production, when it would be shipped, when to pick it up, etc. And it could take 1, 6, or 12+ months. I never received a single email (aside from marketing/promo messaging trying to get me to buy ford accessories, service, etc., for a vehicle I didn't have), yet a friend who also ordered a Bronco about 6 months before I did. Instead, I called monthly, only to be told there was no info. Until my husband called in Sept and found out that our SUV would be produced Sept 19 and delivered Nov 2022. Fast forward three days. I got a call. The Bronco was done, and we would have 5 days to pick it up once it was delivered. We frantically tried to figure out who was wrong AND come up with the money/time to pick it up. Fast forward to the day we picked up the SUV, and the inaccuracy, misinformation, and false promises continued. The sales rep said one thing, the finance manager another, and the manager something else; the price of our vehicle changed, and instead of just making the adjustments right then and there - we had to pay $2k+ more and wait for Ford to send us our money back; our auto show coupon ($250) discount expired, etc. After a series of calls to Ford Corp and the Westlake dealer, I have now learned that the $2k refund I was promised by Will Ahonen, Internet Mgr, Nate Ford, Sales Mgr, and Harry, the previous finance manager, at AutoNation Ford Westlake when I bought it was a mistake & should never have been promised. Ford Corp said the dealership promised and sold me a car at a specific amount and promised there would be a refund (I have the original signed ordered/purchased paperwork), so they should honor their commitments & issue a refund. Westlake says that we got a "good deal" and ADMITTED they made a mistake but are refusing to pay what they promised. Whether or not we got a "good deal" is not the point. Keeping the promises made is.

Everyone was very friendly and courteous.

Everyone was very friendly and courteous. The technician did forget to give me a new window reminder sticker and removed my tire rotation sticker which was from another company.. I called back and they said I could stop back but I was already home.
