Dropped car off unannounced with tire and brake issues.

Dropped car off unannounced with tire and brake issues. Service personnel were very busy, but took time to listen to my problem and write the repairs up. Took care of the issues, kept me updated . Excellent customer service.

I took my car in for a safety call and it was taken in

I took my car in for a safety call and it was taken in right away the person I was supposed to see was not there at the time but there was another lady there and she took me right away got me and think of me a ride home call me within an hour my vehicle was ready very pleased with them thank you so very much

I was disappointed.

I was disappointed. Dropped my vehicle off for routine maintenance service. I have the service warranty and the vehicle has 34K+ miles. I dropped it off the night before. When I picked it up, my Ford Pass still said I needed an oil change; the oil life indicator was not reset (assuming they actually changed the oil). Tires appeared to be rotated but I needed to stop on the way home to fill the tires. Tire pressure was 26 on one tire and 27 on the other three. Should be 33 cold. The vehicle was not washed either, which it usually is. Very disappointing service. I have usually had a good experience at this dealership in the past.
