Disappointing .... I paid $250+ for a replacement key for my F-150. It did not seem to be a reasonable amount.

Hello! Yes unfortunately with todays technology and security within the actual keys they are an expensive fix! The most expensive part is the replacement of the actual OEM key from Ford Motor Company. I will be happy to discuss further! ~ Kristy Rogers

Nate was the person that helped us at the counter.
Nate was the person that helped us at the counter. He was rude and gave the impression he didn’t want to help with anything. We had a prescheduled appointment for an oil change and ended up waiting over 2 hours for it to be done. When we told him we had the premium plan, he told us we were wrong without any further explanation. He then charged us for 2 different types of oils for our oil change. They also didn’t reconnect the tire pressure sensors until we pointed out it needed to be done. We’ll never return to this location or recommend it to anyone else.
