I had been searching for a hybrid or PHEV for quite some time and noticed they had one of each listed online, so I scheduled an afternoon test drive. From the moment you arrive, you realize this dealership is extraordinary. They aren’t just focused on making a quick sale—they are genuinely committed to building relationships. Daniel greeted us right away and brought us two bottles of water, then escorted me to the vehicle with my name literally written on a large tag displayed in front of the store. That level of thoughtfulness immediately stood out. Daniel walked me through the exterior features and we began the test drive, during which I was able to test multiple functions and features at my own pace. After returning, he gave me a tour of the dealership and shared the many President’s Awards they’ve earned over the years—clearly well deserved. When it came time to talk numbers, they offered me a great deal. I wasn’t quite ready to commit, but then Joey, the manager, came over and asked if I wanted to drive the car home. I was already seriously considering purchasing it, but that simple act of trust and kindness sealed the deal. I’m almost 50 and a school teacher. The car is safe, but the respect I was shown in that moment was priceless. This dealership truly wants customers to feel confident and satisfied with their purchase, and they work hard to build lasting relationships. I can absolutely see why they win awards year after year. They have my vote as one of the very best Ford dealerships out there.

When I say this has been the best experience, I mean just that! When my daughter's truck was totaled, we went back to the same dealership and had not the best experience, what a difference 2 years made! So she decided to look at different vehicles and different dealerships. We literally ran the gamut in a three-hour circle from our home checking out different vehicles and dealerships. Walt Massey was the ONLY one that gave us a number for the vehicle out the door, and STUCK with that number, who were willing to sit down and discuss finance options after we had reached that out-the-door number, who found extra cash discounts, for us thru Ford (WITHOUT changing that out the door price), and who treated us like buyers, not illiterate women. It was refreshing to have a female sales person, to get treated like adults, and to walk away with the truck my daughter wanted, equipped the way SHE wanted, at a price below msrp and that made everyone happy! The experience left us wanting to share about this dealership (and we've sent 4 people that way already!)! We can't recommend Walt Massey enough!

While I can’t speak for everyone’s experience I can tell you mine was A++++, top notch, and trust me as someone in their 50s who has purchased plenty of cars in their lifetime I did lots of research and test drove quite a few cars from Olympia all the way to Everett and everywhere between. I had an excellent experience with Mercedes-Benz of Beaverton, especially with JD Arnold in the service department. We purchased our GLC 300 from Mercedes-Benz of Wilsonville in late 2025, and from the first day there was a strange noise while driving. Since the car was brand new and my wife does not drive much, we hoped it might go away, but after several months and only about 800 miles, the noise was still there. After a disappointing experience trying to get help from the selling dealer, I called Mercedes-Benz of Beaverton. From the first phone call, they treated us with respect and professionalism. They explained that the vehicle was still under the factory warranty and scheduled us very quickly. When we arrived, JD Arnold met us and was extremely kind, professional, and helpful. He arranged for a technician to ride with us, and the technician was able to hear the noise too. They provided us with a loaner vehicle, diagnosed the issue, contacted another Mercedes dealer for guidance, fixed the problem in less than a couple of hours, washed the car, and charged us zero dollars. The whole experience was smooth, respectful, and truly impressive. A big thank you to JD Arnold, the technician, the person who helped me on the phone, and the entire Mercedes-Benz of Beaverton service team. This is exactly the level of service I expected from Mercedes-Benz. I am very grateful and highly recommend them.

2022 Ford F-150 review
My 2022 STX 4x4 is totally awesome. Most importantly it’s 100% American. The 5.0 engine puts out plenty of power and pulls great . I put a 3 inch lift on the front and a 2 1/2 inch lift on the rear . I’m riding on 2022 35” inch tires and 18” raptor wheels . Also have an exhaust system with a large cold air intake system and passenger side oil catch can . All work was done at mall of ga ford . Now I have 15475 miles and just had my fourth oil change and service from mall of ga ford they completely take care of my truck .

I test drove a lot of cars before deciding on a Subaru. After driving the same car for 14 years, I had a hard time deciding on what I wanted, so I ended up driving a lot of different makes and models and visiting a lot of dealerships. Which means I also interacted with a lot of different salespeople. So when I say Brandon was the best salesperson I worked with, I don't say that lightly. Hands down, he stood out from everyone else. He was on top of everything from the beginning - responsive, organized, knowledgeable, and always followed through on what he said he would do. What I appreciated most was that he never made me feel pressured or rushed. He was available when I had questions, but never did the stereotypical pushy salesperson routine that makes car shopping so exhausting. Most importantly, he came across as a genuinely nice person. Honest, respectful, patient, and easy to talk to. Buying a car can be stressful, but working with him was refreshingly straightforward. If you're an introvert who dreads buying a car because it means interacting with a bunch of new people, Brandon is really good at reading the room and making you feel comfortable. If you're an extrovert, the same applies. He has a way of meeting people where they are and making them feel welcome without ever seeming fake or over-the-top. Out of all the dealerships I visited and all the salespeople I dealt with during my search, Brandon stood out by a mile. He made the entire experience feel easy and low-pressure, and I always felt like he was focused on helping me find the right car rather than just making a sale. I don't usually write reviews, so the fact that I'm taking the time to write one should tell you how positive this experience was. The rest of the team at Herb Gordon was great too, which only reinforced the positive impression Brandon made from the start. If you're looking for someone who will treat you with respect, listen to what you want, and make the car-buying process as painless as possible, I highly recommend working with Brandon.

Overall the experience was excellent, Klinton and Janessa were very easy to work with. The only disappointment is that the second key's battery is dead, does not start and react with the truck at all, totally dead. The dealership should check each key before handing them to customers. That Friday was very busy at the dealership, my truck was not washed and cleaned when I took ownership, it was just a minor observation but it should've been done even though they were busy. With the minor issues, they did a great job overall and they deserve a 5 star rating. There is always room for improvement and I hope they take this review seriously and improve along the way. 2022 Ford F-150 review
2022 F150 PowerBoost 3.5 twin turbo absolutely hauls xxx with phenomenal gas mileage on a 30 gallon tank. I’ve gotten a true 600 and 700 miles out of a tank of gas when it’s in Eco mode it will run on battery alone if you’re on flat level ground and maintain your speed that’s how they obtain so many miles out of a tank full of gas probably one of the best F1 50s I’ve owned and I’ve had several of them. If you leave it in tow Haul mode it will disengage the auto stop start so the vehicle remains on. It’s been absolutely bullet proof with zero issues. If I’m not driving the Dually Diesel F350 I’m driving this..

2022 Ford F-150 review
My experience with Ford F1 50s is that they have gotten better with time. I’ve owned three now and my latest 2022. I’ve had zero performance issues. None of the electrical problems like somebody put in a review no transmission no engine problems nothing. It’s a 3.5 L V6 eco-boost and it has the best passing power of any vehicle I’ve ever owned. It can also toll anything in the backup cameras and all the front and above cameras are absolutely essential and work great. Most of all it has had a couple of recalls they’ve taken a bit of time, but I don’t care if they recalls. I’m not paying for them. None of them have been major things all have been fixed. Undoubtedly this is the most comfortable vehicle I’ve ever driven. It’s quiet it rides like a comfort sedan and it has a large enough gas tank to get me a couple of states. The hard roll up Ford cover is much less expensive than some aftermarket types. It’s not floppy. It’s solid and easy to use. This baby has been in the field. I’ve hunted and harvested a half a dozen deer with this beast out in the middle of nowhere of North Dakota. It’s completely reliable.
