Imperial Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

We recently purchased a 2010 Ford Edge from Imperial. It was by far the most enjoyable car-buying experience we've ever had. Our expert salesman, Joel Cohen, was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He is definitely the reason we will return to Imperial.

Went to Imperial to look for a Grand Cherokee. Met with Bill and he went above and beyond to meet my needs to get this vehicle. The only complaint i had was the car was totally empty and they refused to put gas in it. The excuse was that they overpaid for my trade. Every car purchase i have ever made the dealer would always fill the tank. I had to drive 30 miles home on empty. Verry happy with this purchase overall.

Was able to conduct business in a neat orderly fashion. Walked out with a great Jeep lease and will be back in three years, to do it again. Imperial is a great place to do business,

I came in looking for a specific model and really wanted an Orange Jeep. Ed Kelly was great in helping me decide between this car and a Compass. Ed was very helpful throughout the process and made me feel very comfortable from looking at the car to final purchase. I have a disability so needed the car taken to a adaptive car place about an hour drive. Ed made my anxiety about getting the car there and back very easy. He organized the whole thing and offered to drop it off at my work which was about 20 miles or so from the dealership. Great customer service and very friendly staff. The whole process took about 4 hours which was exhausting but normal I believe for buying a car. That would be my only gripe but luckily everyone was very cool so the 4 hours wasn't that bad. The finance guy was cool, friendly, no nonsense. He was able to work with my salary and income to get me a decent deal. I have shopped with other Jeep dealers in the area and the monthly payments were pretty similar to what I expected. I appreciate his patience and not being overly pushy about buying different packages as some finance people can be. Overall it was a good experience. If I ever move back to Massachusetts I would buy from them again.

I was visiting from Iowa and went in to the dealership. Everyone was so helpful and friendly! I had no intentions on buying a new car while on vacation, but the prices were so great, I couldn't pass it up! They weren't pushy at all. They went above and beyond any dealership I have ever been to!

I went in to test drive a car today. I was met by Frank Dumas. He was very kind no pressure with him. He laid everything out for me. Very transparent no surprises. He stayed with me through out the whole process. Rami Awad was the finance manager very knowledgeable and friendly. He talked me through the whole financial process line by line. No surprises. Came looking for a Jeep Cherokee Salesman Bill Shaw took me out in one to test drive. Nice but wasn't to my liking, Looked around some more and saw a Patriot in the showroom loaded and sharp. Decided to test drive one and then I decided to purchase, making the deal was PAINLESS. No Pressure no going back and forth on the price. Huge selection showrooms are retro throwbacks. Sales staff (Bill) was great we discussed more than buying a car, a good feeling. Finance Department Rami Awad very professional and straight forwarded, I left that day without any Buyers Remorse,. On day of pick up, again professional delivered my Jeep as promised. Highly recommend this dealership they don't have over 1700 cars on their lots by accident. They are a first rate dealer who earns peoples trust.
