Positive Experience

We were happy with our experience. The nice thing was we were not bothered by sales people while We were quietly just looking outside at the models we were interested in. Once we narrowed down what we wanted we went in to be greeted by a very polite , professional salesperson , Matthew Roushia Matt went outside with us and explained very well the differences and features of the models we were interested in and did not try to pressure us into buying up. Once we decided to buy Matt worked very hard getting our car prepared quickly and ready to pick up at the time promised. He was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks Matt! Was Able to Turn a Bad Situation into a Pleasant One!

I went into the dealership with my father last week to speak with Rick Panorese about a previous vehicle purchase that had gone wrong. I had purchased a Ford Explorer a few years earlier, however, when i had a child, the payments started to be a little more than i could handle. He did his research and was able to come up with some great options for me to try and make the best out of this situation. My father and I did not have high hopes as the hole i was in seemed a little too deep to get out of. I am so happy to say that this turned out in my favor. I walked away with a beautiful new Jeep with a lower payment. Thanks Imperial for the great service! Way to turn around a bad situation and make it a pleasant one! I'm very happy with my purchase!

Excellent experience and great communication!

I found the Dodge Durango I wanted on the Imperial Cars website. When I went to the dealership, Ahmed Mourtada greeted me in the lot. His honest and no pressure sales approach was very refreshing. Ahmed kept in constant contact with me throughout the entire decision making and buying process. He is a knowledgeable salesman and I highly recommend working with him. After buying the vehicle, we wanted a few minor issues taken care of (license plate bulb, cabin air filter, etc.). We brought it in to the service dept. and Mike Walsh Sr. took fantastic care of all our concerns. My husband has worked in the automotive business for many years and is a very tough customer, even he was impressed with Mike Walsh Sr. From start to finish, a very positive experience and I look forward to doing business with them again.

Understanding Car Matchmaker

I have to say that I was afraid to buy a better car. attempt to get a loan. After my husband passed, my finances went to xxxx in a hand basket. I know there was a real chance of being turned down. Firas Ektilah listed to my needs, I work 2 jobs now and I need to load up a car for events, I now have a great low mile Ford Fiesta Hatchback that is perfect for me..

First Class all the way

I have had the pleasure to work with Jim Parsons and the service staff at the Imperial Chrysler service department for several years now. Simple concept; treat the customer like you'd treat a family member. And that's what they do. Impressed with my experience

When we arrived, we wanted to look around by ourselves without the swarm of salesmen coming out. I must say, we did not experience any pressure at Imperial. We were able to look around at our leisure. Once we were ready a salesman was there to help! We were particularly impressed with our test drive with our salesman Bill Shaw. He didn't just take us out for a ride he let us experience the different comfort and driving features of the Jeep Patriot. He allowed us to test the ruggedness, pickup on hills, turns etc. It helped in our decision to purchase this particular model. Also, he spent the day with us helping us make our decision and final purchase. The sales manager David Mello was very helpful and very personable making us feel more comfortable and at ease during this "stressful" time for me :)

Fantastic Sales Rep.

Recently, I have been on the search for a new Jeep Wrangler. I was referred to Ed Kelly. Ed had excellent communication and a tireless effort to help me in my search. He always returned voice mails or texts, promptly. A no pressure experience! He is a typical New Englander, whose character is solid and genuine. I appreciate all his effort he put forth. He is a very helpful person and based on my experience I recommend him without hesitation. I encourage anyone who is in the beginning, middle, or close to a deal with a new car with someone else give Ed a chance. Quite frankly, he is a tremendous asset to have on your side while going through the vehicle buying process!

Excellent experience all around!!!

Our salesman Bill Shaw listened to everything that we were looking for in a vehicle. He found us exactly what we were looking for in our 2016 Jeep Cherokee Sport! We love it Bill has been the best salesman we have ever dealt with and this is our 5th vehicle purchase! Imperial Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was also a great place to purchase a vehicle as I have purchased my last 2 vehicles from them. The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming and the staff is always friendly. They really go out of their way to make sure that you are happy with the car before you drive off the lot!
