First Class Experience at Imperial Jeep Chrysler

I purchased a 2015 Chrysler 300 All Wheel Drive sedan from Imperial at the end of April, 2016. The car will remain under the original warranty for 2 more years with adequate mileage. I live in Greater Boston and for weeks had tried to locate such a vehicle with low mileage,at a dealership that was closer to where I lived...No luck. I went through an auto website that offers incentives and promptly received an automatic reply from Imperial late Sat. night. I spoke to an internet manager, Marc R. the next morning. He was low pressure, but very helpful. After a bit of a drive out to the dealership, Marc was waiting for me outside, and to my good fortune, connected me with Frank D. I must have visited 20 dealerships in the past 6 months trying to find a suitable vehicle and dread the high pressure, ill mannered approach of so many salesmen. Frank was informative, respectful and patient. A week later I picked up my car. Again, Frank did everything possible to facilitate this going smoothly. I got a fantastic deal-including, and over and above to the external website incentives.. After driving the vehicle there were some issues. The service department was highly responsive. Frank, delightfully friendly and available with guidance. This is the way customers are treated at a Lexis dealership...but I have received first class treatment so far at Imperial Jeep Chrysler.. I am going back to the dealership to address some issues. I will update this review, if my experience is not in line with what it has been so far...In retrospect it is worth the drive, on all fronts.

Imperial jeeps

This weekend I looked at imperial for a new Jeep. Kevin de Souza was the employee who helped me. He was patient and very knowledgeable about the different cars. If he didn't know the answer to one of my questions he would look it up for me and find out. Overall, I had a positive experience at imperial and will be back soon to buy my car.

Excellent Car Buying Experience

We bought a new 2016 Jeep Cherokee today. Our salesperson was Kevin De Souza. Kevin was very knowledgeable and helpful on all the models we were looking at. He answered all of our questions and was extremely helpful (and patient) as we flip flopped between new and used vehicles. Kevin was very personable and made the whole new car buying experience pleasant.

Great Service!

I recently leased a 2016 jeep Renegade at Imperial Chrysler. My salesperson Matthew Roushia knew the product well and answered all the questions I had. He was both friendly and professional and made leasing my new vehicle an easy and exciting experience. I would recommend the dealership to anyone that was looking for a vehicle. Wonderful experience buying a new car!

As a recent graduate, I am very grateful I went to imperial Chrysler to buy my first car and luckily had Joel Cohen as my sales representative. Through my online searches, I found Imperial Chrysler was the best priced in the area and had a few cars I was interested in seeing. I traveled the hour to Imperial Chrysler with my friend to look at their 2016 Jeep Wrangler Sports and I was right to go check them out. Joel was so helpful providing me the information about the vehicle and even staying late to answer questions. I felt he was on my side throughout the entire process and the people at Imperial Chrysler were sincerely looking out for me and my best interest. I am so happy in my new Jeep, I can say I don?t even mind sitting in traffic! I am so grateful I went to Imperial Chrysler to do business with them. I would highly recommend them and would indeed go back to say hello to my new friends.

Truck Purchase

I recently bought a Ram truck from imperial. Jim Burke was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the products. This is not my first purchase from Jim and I highly recommend him. I have sent friends and family to him and they all had the same experience. Its worth the trip!

Timing Cover leakage repair on my Town & Country.

The repair required that I leave the car overnight (last night) and Jim arranged a rental car for me since I live about 20 miles away. I explained that I needed the car before 2:00 the next day and Jim Parsons said he would try to get it done by then. I received a call this morning about 9:00 and was told the car was ready. I am impressed with the consideration and follow through. My experience with Imperial from when I purchased the car to now has been excellent, friendly and thorough. When I bought the car, they sold me an extended warranty that has paid for itself. The first thing that is done when repairs are required is a check of my warranty by Jim or one of his people. Not only is the service of the highest quality but knowing that Service Advisor is always looking out for my best interest is something that I value. Imperial has gone beyond in all of my dealings with them.

Sean Ewing was our car sales man. He went above and beyond to help put us in the best fit vehicle. We love our new-to-us Town & Country. Imperial Chrysler really worked with us and had a great selection of used vehicles.

Second Car Purchased at Imperial in Five Years

My previous purchase was a Ford Escape and this one was a Chrysler 200S. My sales experience for both was top notch; no pressure, helpful and accommodating. My experiences with Ford service have been nothing less than excellent and I know I can expect the same service experience with Imperial Chrysler. Ford sales: Bob Fink.
