Excellent buying experience
Went to buy my 2016 Ram 2500 at Imperial due to the lot size. I found a great selection and customer service. My salesman Andy was quick, laidback and no pressure. He was more than helpful and answered any questions I had. It made the whole process easy and pain free. I walked out that day with a great deal on a new truck and a great buying experience. Well worth the 1 hour ride!

i went to imperial chrysler looking to buy a new car.i was greeted by Mark Detoma he was very pleasant and understanding of my needs. he showed me a couple new cars but they were out of my budget so he showed me some great used cars that did fit my payment goal. i purchased my "new" car and have been very pleased with the whole staff at imperial thanks again Mark i would recommend imperial to all who need a car

Buying a car IS enjoyable
I highly recommend Imperial Dealership. Dave Bertulli, recommended by a friend, made me feel comfortable from the start. He spent most of an afternoon with me walking the lot and answering so many questions. What patience he has! His honesty and knowledge of the vehicles is outstanding. The transaction went smoothly and my Jeep was ready in 2 days. Dave even brought the car to me! I have since called dealership/ Dave with questions which they answered promptly and even followed up! A Sales Experience Worth Writing About!
I drove all the way from Vermont to this dealership in Massachusetts because I was able to negotiate the best price, by far, compared to anywhere else I shopped. I started with the Internet sales person, which was a rather generic experience. Then I got connected with Ed Kelly in sales and was blown away! Ed is a no-nonsense kind of salesperson and it is no surprise to find out his remarkable professional career was in something very different, which is ironically probably why he is such a great salesperson. He got down to the bottom line quickly and with no "weasling" like so many salesmen. We struck a deal on the phone and I planned my trip down to seal it. At 10:30 on the night before my trip, I had a few questions regarding the transfer of registration and title to VT and sent a message to Ed, not expecting him to respond. To my surprise he jumped right on it and we traded several more messages until I was up to speed. He said the time of day was no concern. When I got to MA, a small wrinkle in the plan caused a small inconvenience for me, which was no fault of the dealership or Ed. Nonetheless, Ed was extremely apologetic and strong-armed the management into giving me a significant added discount for my “discomfort.” I liked the way he took control of the situation without the need to “get approval” for our change of plans and price point. Ed made this deal easy, fair, and honestly--fun! Oh, and he threw in a complimentary dinner at the local diner (blueberry pie a “must”). I have purchased many new cars over the years, and I can honestly say that Ed enabled the best sales experience I have EVER had. I highly recommend connecting with Ed at Imperial if they have a car you are interested in. Be sure to ask him about his professional history and you will be glad you did!

Thankful They Finally Hired Good Sales Folks!!!
I stopped into Imperial on the 16th of April just looking at what they had. I wasn?t in need of a new car but I can?t lie, I did want one. I had shopped the weekend prior at another dealership and was so aggravated with how I was treated. To me customer service is #1. I stumbled upon Matt Roushia. Now I will tell you my first experience 4 years ago at Imperial was not the best. But I sure was happy to see the sales folks have changed since. Matt was so patient with me. I knew that I really really wanted a Jeep Cherokee, and I knew I wanted to NEW one, not used. He didn?t even offer to show me anything used. I told him I drove a Cherokee Latitude and fell in love. That was my only problem. I had a budget with every little wiggle room. After Matt let me drive who I know call Crystal, I fell in love all over again. We started to talk number and I didn?t seem as though my hopes and dreams were going to come true. I thanked him for his time and said at least I had tried. He was so not ready to give up. He offered up a Compass which was nice, we took it for a test drive but he could really see that I wasn?t in love with it, even though it had more options than the Cherokee. After going back and forth for about an hour and a half we both finally came to a deal we could agree on. (Although he thought I was nuts when I asked if he wanted to toss in Nav! Lol) I couldn?t be happier with my purchase or the folks at Imperial this time. Matt even took the time to walk through all the ins and outs while the rest of the team was HAND, yes HAND washing my new car! Took us over to the rest of the shops, introduced us to the service team and even set up my phone in my car! From Matt on the sales floor to the finance team, you really made my day! I am so happy with my Jeep and feel that she is going to treat me super well! I wouldn?t hesitate to refer anyone and everyone to Matt. I can?t thank him enough! Thank you so much for finally hiring a salesman who actually listens to what the customer wants!
