Frank Dumas was a pleasure to work with
I had already selected a vehicle online before going to the dealership to see it. Upon entering the showroom, I was promptly greeted and brought over to the sales desk where I was introduced to Frank Dumas. Beginning with the test drive, Frank was very informative on the unique aspects of car buying at Imperial. His openness and explanations made it easy to make my decision to purchase there. Right thru to the final handshake, he seemed genuinely concerned that I was satisfied with my car, and readily accommodated my requests for some items. He's already followed up twice to coordinate out of state registration transfer that couldn't be done on the Sunday I bought . All in all, Frank was a a pleasure to work with, and made the buying process quite easy.

So easy to work with!
Shout out to our salesman Frank D. He was so easy to work with and he listened to what we wanted and could spend. He even went the extra mile when we forgot to sign certain paperwork- he stopped by our house so we wouldn't have to drive back to the dealership. Now that's service and great service!!! Happy to say we walked out that day with a great SUV.

Illegal & Fraudulent Pricing Scam
I went in to buy a Ram that was advertised online to “buy now for $38k” and was told by the sales person that these prices aren’t real and are just to get people to come in “you know how it is”. I was told that the best they could do was $46k for this truck, no where near the advertised price of $38k. What a scam!

Not just painless - pleasant!
I hate buying cars. The pressure, lots of numbers coming at you...I break out in hives. But not this time. On advice of a friend I went to see Ed Kelly. He was outstanding to work with, never made me feel like he was trying to sell me something, he was just there to help me buy the right vehicle for me. And I did, pretty quickly too. I am so glad I drove the extra distance to Imperial. It wasn't just painless, it was pleasant!
