New car purchase (2019 Dodge Challenger R/T)
Was looking at a 2019 Dodge Challenger R/T that they had on their lot. Called the dealership and spoke with Marc Foley in their internet sales. I asked him if he could quote me a price over the phone to see if it was in the ballpark of what I wanted to spend. I was surprised that he did quote me a price over the phone. Usually car dealers won't do this and require you to come to the dealership, but Marc did. I liked the price and did go to the dealership and spoke with a salesman (TJ) and did the deal. I Really felt this process was easy and no pressure. I really liked doing business with this dealership and would again The dealership itself was pretty amazing

Just walking in the door at Imperial we were overwhelmed by the fun and welcoming show room! We knew we wanted a Jeep Grand Cherokee, but not much else! Ed Kelly was great! He made a very tough process actually kind of fun! He is kind, knowledgeable and funny...and really helped us get the best deal on the best Jeep for us! We have already started recommending Ed and Imperial Jeep to our friends!

Best car buying experience
found myself having to purchase a new vehicle, but had no idea what I wanted. Walked the lot a day or so before going in to test drive. Gave Ed Kelly a list of vehicles I thought I might like. Had a few I was interested in until he pulled out a dark horse; a GMC Acadia. Figured I would try it and absolutely loved it! He was completely in tune to what I was looking for - more so than I was it seemed. After the choice was made, dealing with the Sales Manager, Marc Mastroianni and Jeff Viger in Finance was a breeze. Extremely fair, professional and no pressure. Easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. I cannot speak highly enough about the staff at Imperial Dodge Jeep Chrysler. Especially Ed, Marc and Jeff.

Best experience ever
I camber in looking to purchase a jeep wrangler that I saw on line and to trade in my 2011 wrangler.. Gary Keith, my sales consultant, greeted me and listened to what i was trying to accomplish. Superb car shopping experience
I worked with the Maaz Al Nahas, an award winning sales person at imperial Dodge. He treated me with respect and understood exactly what car I was searching for. In less than a few ours we reached a deal for a 2019 Dodge Challenger! The overall customer service was exceptional. Very helpful
James Parsons was very helpful with getting our Pacifica repaired. We have had a few repairs and recalls done at Imperial Chrysler and all have been corrected quickly and when promised. We have been very pleased with all our experiences at Imperial.
