My Wife needed a new vehicle and having previously bought a few here, including my last truck from Jim Burke, we decided to go back. Easy process and my wife found what she was looking for. Jim was great to work with again and helped us throughout the whole process!

Awesome Sauce!
Friendly. Attentive. Eager to please and the popcorn is good too. Zach made it easy to buy and he was so good we bought 2 new cars from him in one week, and if you know me that is like getting it to snow in Florida, it is an extremely rare event. Thanks for the pleasure experience.

Crooks
Was told the dealership needed to see my vehicle in person to give me a ballpark figure to purchase from me even though the other three dealerships we able to use pictures to give me a ballpark price. I had told them via email how much I needed and the other offers that I received. Keep in mind that I purchased three cars from this dealership and was thinking that Imperial being the largest would give me the best trade in. I walk in to the dealership and not one of the two people I was told to ask for were there. Long story short they came in $3,000 less than my other lowest offer. I am more irate that I needed to go in to the dealership to be told that. The car is also in mint condition. My entire family has been purchasing cars there for a while and never again will they or I purchase a vehicle from them or any other Imperial location.

On behalf of my mother, Phyllis, who recently leased a 2019 Jeep Compass, she would like to thank Jim Burke for his service. She felt that Jim was attentive to her needs, courteous and did not pressure her at all. Additionally, Jim ensured that she felt comfortable, listened to what she needed and took his time to meet her needs. Overall the experience was great, with Jim. However, before Jim arrived to assist her and me we stood around for nearly 15 minutes outside and another 15 minutes inside while countless "salespeople" walked passed us with NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT to us at all. Now, to be clear, this was a Monday morning at 930a and there were NO other customers in sight. I would say that there were at least 8-10 sales people who walked by us both outside and inside and never said a word to us, until Jim arrived. Also, whoever stands behind the "counter" never even acknowledged us. If it were not for Jim Burke I would have to say it would be a standard Imperial experience where the customer doesn't matter. This is now the third time in recent memory that I have been extremely dissatisfied with Imperial and the ignorance of the majority of its employees. What is going on at Imperial, do you not need to sell cars anymore?? I was planning on shopping for a new car in the near future and I am now reconsidering if I will shop at Imperial simply because of the overall horrible service. AGAIN, let me be clear JIM BURKE was exceptional and redeemed the entire Imperial Chrysler employee base by his positive and engaging presence to ensure my mother received good service.
