I’ve been to this dealership 2 times in the past to try and buy a car. Selling cars in the past I made honest offers on 2 different vehicles as I get a new vehicle every couple years. Both offers were turned down immediately. I went to a different dealer and made the same offer and I did business elsewhere. The 3rd time (current) imperial Chrysler had a used truck I’ve been looking for. I gave them one last chance. I arrived at the dealership seeking help on this specific vehicle. I walked around and even walked around the show room for a while. Nothing. Usually you have to fight salesman’s off of you but I couldn’t even get one to look at me. Finally as I was about to get in my rental and leave. Mike Gunn was driving by as he was moving vehicles around. He asked if I needed help and I said yes. He got out of the vehicle and proceeded to greet me and help me w the vehicle I came to look at. We looked at the vehicle, went for a test drive, then sat down to look at numbers. I wanted to sleep on it as the truck I wanted was a lot of money. He didn’t pressure me at all. I called him up the next day and did a credit app and ended up buying the truck with him. Mike literally saved the imperial name in my eyes and he made a car deal. He took a chance and it paid off for both of us. I’m so grateful he approached me as I wouldn’t have gotten my dream truck if I drove away. Because of that I came back a week later and my gf bought a new Jeep from Mike. I will be bringing all of my business to Mike now. I highly recommend him if anyone is interested in purchasing from this dealership. He was a great guy to talk to, very helpful, no pressure and very easy to talk to. Not your “typical car salesman” he treats you like a person and doesn’t pressure you at all. Thank you again Mike for making this all possible and saving face for Imperial. Highly recommend Mike. Jeff in finance was great and explained everything. Marc wrote up my deal and was flexible making the numbers look good for where I wanted to be. All around outstanding team work here. Now, I couldn’t be happier.

This was my first experience at Imperial Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and because of our salesperson, Brad Mancini, I can honestly say that it will be the ONLY place we go to buy cars (as long as he is still there) going forward. Brad was amazing. His constant communication and responsiveness during the entire buying process was like any we have ever had before. We have always had to chase a salesperson down to get the answers we needed which created lots of unnecessary stress. Although there were a few hiccups with the paperwork , Brad made it appear seamless and the process went quite smoothly. Brad did a great job of getting everything done and we were able to pick up the car on time and as promised. He worked around my schedule, even coming in on his day off. Brad is definitely the BEST car salesman we have ever encountered.

I have bought vehicles at Imperial in the past, my wife and I showed up on Sunday and Frank greeted us as soon as we made our way into the showroom. He was immediately interested in what we were looking for, never tried steering us to anything in which we had no interest. We were interested in a Dodge Grand Caravan and he spent a good amount of time searching the inventory on the lot and in the area for the specifics that we wanted. We got there on the late side of the day and Frank stayed with us throughout the process. We apologized for holding us up but he wouldn't have any of it, assured us that it was his pleasure to help us with whatever we needed. We met him again the next day when we came in to sign papers and was helpful throughout the entire process. Highly recommended from beginning to end.

Although we didn't buy the car it was not due to a lack of effort on Gary's behalf. They did everything to get us approved with my credit rating it was just mote than I could afford at this time. I will definitely be back to buy from Gary and the great team at imperial Chrysler jeep
