Just bought a great 2016 Dodge Durango from Imperial. Not often that you can talk about a great experience buying a used car. I found it online and drove from Reading to Mendon to check it out. A sales rep named Jim Burke introduced himself and showed me the Durango. Couldn't ask for a nicer more knowledgeable guy to do business with. Imperial gave me a great deal on my trade in and the final purchase price. A gentleman named Rami Awad took care of all the financing and made it all easy. A bit of a long ride from my house to Mendon but I'm glad I drove out there to check out the Durango. After checking a lot of deals on a number of websites Imperial gave me the best deal of all. Jim and Rami we're great to work with. Will be back to buy a pick up truck soon.

We were so lucky to have walked into Imperial Dodge in Mendon. We had Ed Kelly as a sales guy and I was blown away by his professionalism and patience . He worked with us until he found us what we wanted . He made the process easy and fun and never made us feel pressured. The manager JP Carlo was top notch. They both made our car buying experience the best . JP and Ed made us feel important. We have been car shopping at many places and I would tell anyone to make Imperial their first stop. The icing on the cake was being treated to a great dinner at the diner . This place is a true class act !!!!! :)

My radio/climate control screen went blank but the next morning was back and seemed to be fine. Kevin DeFrancesco, Service Manager, was great at explaining the preliminary steps for diagnosing an intermittent problem that wasn't showing an error code in the history. I said I would wait for the vehicle so I was offered free coffee and a muffin at the adjacent diner but when I returned, Kevin explained that they wanted to do a more thorough diagnosis. I was given a ride home by a very competent and friendly courtesy driver. About 3 hours later I got a call telling me the car was ready and Kevin offered to have someone pick me up. The repair was carefully explained to me. I have been dealing with Imperial for about 8 years. I have been extremely pleased with their service departments. It must be evident, both my daughter and son-in-law have also purchased cars from Imperial and drive 75 miles to come back for service.

Frank Dumas provided us with first class service. He is very professional and courteous and does not pressure sales. He answered any questions that we had and explained everything in detail. We asked him to check on certain items on this vehicle and he provided us with excellent results. We highly recommend Frank to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle at Imperial Chrysler in Mendon, MA. When we plan to purchase another vehicle in the future, we will return to Imperial Chrysler because of the great experience we had with Frank Dumas. Frank is a 5 star salesman.

Yesterday I made three new friends. As I pulled up, Nick Simmons the Sales man approached me and introduced himself. He made me feel very comfortable and was very knowledgeable about the Chrysler I wanted to purchase. Aaron Jacob's the sales manager, he also made me feel very good about my trade In. Joe Trocha the finance manager, made my transaction pleasant and also helped me to pick out my extended warranty for my Chrysler 300c Platinum. I will definitely refer customers to all three gentlemen.
