My niece was getting her license and we decided she should have my car, so I needed a new one quickly. I went into it with dread because I figured it would be a hideous day. It soooo was not. My salesman, Joel Cohen, was fabulous, friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly, low-key. I don't respond well to high pressure and he ended up being the perfect person for me to deal with. I got the car of my dreams for the price I wanted to pay without any hassle. And from there, they handled all the minutia for me, which was incredible because I'm so busy. I love my car, I love Imperial, and I love my salesman. I can't imagine ever trading this gorgeous car in, but if that day comes, I'll be right back at Joel's desk for another fabulous car-buying experience. Thank you, guys!!

I bought a used Ford Ranger from Imperial and the staff could not have been more helpful. I had been looking for a used car but Sean Ewing, the salesman, listened to what I wanted and suggested that I look at the Ranger and I fell in love with the vehicle. It took a few days for the paperwork and check to clear but since I was busy with work Sean brought the paperwork to my house for me to review and sign. That saved me a few hours and it was much appreciated. I had a great experience at Imperial!

Imperial Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram service was excellent . The minute we walked in they were very helpful. Frank Dumas helped us find the right truck we were looking for. There was no pressure , upfront pricing was explained to us in great detail. The finance person Rami Awad was very informative and went over every last detail . Frank was one of the best salespersons we had ever worked with . Bought the truck on Saturday, picked it up on Wednesday and in between Frank called us and updated us everyday . A great experience . Frank gets 10 stars !!

Chris at Imperial sold me a white Dodge Challenger and it was exactly what I was looking for. The whole experience was smooth and Chris was friendly and helpful, and the best part was when I drove off in my dream car the next day! I highly recommend Chris for anyone looking to buy a new car.

Mark Detoma was on top of his game! I was visiting from out of state when I started to have some problems with my car. The work was under a recall. He said he could talk to his service department and see what could be done. Well, guess what, they had the car in and fixed and ready for me to finish my vacation and travel home again! They were all very friendly and helpful. Thank you Mark DeToma for going above and beyond.

Jim Burke was amazing and extremely helpful. He never pressured us and fit or needs with a great car within that budget we were working with. He answered all our questions in a timely manner. In addition, the staff is friendly and work well together too. Mike Walsh (in finance) was great as well. He walked us through the entire process step by step. Top to bottom, the team at Imperial Chrysler is top notch. I recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. Dave Mello was very helpful too. Mike presented us with a gift card(on behalf of him and Jim) to The Diner on site to go and have a nice lunch with my oldest daughter while they did all the work on the car deal. It was nice to enjoy a great meal with my daughter (rather than wait in the lobby area).Once again... Go see Jim at Imperial Chrysler and he will take care of you.

Met with Tim on Saturday just to test drive a couple of Jeep Wranglers that Imperial had on the lot. Tim treated us like he knew us for a long time. He treated us like we were in his home. I couldn't be happier. I came right out and told him I wasn't looking to purchase today. I just wanted to test drive and start the learning process. I left that day feeling that I had a wonderful experience. There was no pressure. Tim understood all of my needs and concerns. I couldn't be more impressed with my initial experience so I went back two days later to finalize the deal. The entire time in between we spoke via text. He worked on getting me into the price range and deal I was hoping for. We ended up stepping up in trim level all due to his no pressure, friendly, pleasant attitude. I did not once feel like I wasn't the customer. Dave Mello, Sales Manager, and Mike Walsh in Finance were awesome to meet and work with as well. I will definately go out of my way to have my vehicle serviced at this dealership even though it is in the complete opposite direction of my daily commute. The entire facility was pleasant, friendly and clean.
