Buying a new car can be challenging and the guys at Burke made it a lot more pleasant. There's a nice laid-back but helpful vibe there I appreciated. My salesman, Hector, was great and was one of the main reasons I came back after looking at different vehicles at different dealerships. Friendly, informed, quick to answer questions, it was enjoyable dealing with him. The showroom manager Bill was easy to talk to and helpful, the money guy was the same. When a few things came up that needed extra attention they were right on it. They were up front about the rebates being offered and I never got the sense they were playing games with me. Five stars!
