Top notch service... Thanks, Brian. Unfortunately when I got home there was a rubber part that got loose under my car and I had to go back. We are just waiting for a new part and I will be contacted when it is in. Evidently they tried to repair it, but it didn't take. NO PROBLEM. I'll see you next week!

Robyn is the best

Other than a few miscommunications from the finance and business offices my experience was great. This is my second truck lease with Robyn Burst and she is one of the best in the industry.

5000 mile service

Always excellent service, had a tire problem they found , beads needed to broken down and cleaned.

Recent service at Townsend Ford on 1/30/23

What was supposed to be a routine service turned into two repairs that were needed. First was replacing the original battery - which had been recommended several months ago and was now imperative as we faced the deep freeze that coming weekend. Second was a slow leak in a rear tire that turned out to be a large nail driven through the tread. They tried to patch it but the tire was too damaged. They were able to get a replacement tire the next day and get the damaged tire replaced - again in time to face the deep freeze. The service was excellent and efficient. Thank you!
