I have an 07 Explorer. Steve got it's service started and had my paper ready when I arrived for pick-up. Your driver and cashier were both very pleasent and friendly. I'll be back.

Tammy is amazing

I had my 2012 Ford Explorer serviced at the Kennall Ford dealership service center in Eugene, Oregon. I had a slow leak in the front left tire.it was not repairable. I was told I'd need to purchase a new tire. Tammy in the service department was EXCELLENT!!! She review my service plans thoroughly and found I was covered. Due to she WONDERFUL customer service I was able to have the tire replaced for no charge. I will definitely return and ask for Tammy.

Great service both personally and professionally

The sales staff at Kendall are very personal and professional at the same time. We love our new Mustang!! Our car was a surprise birthday present and the staff at Kendall helped pull this surprise off in spectacular fashion. I felt like we were on a game show having the biggest surprise bow on top of our car. Thank you Kendall! I'm happy I waited and bought a car from you!!

great service

The service was fast and friendly. The curteousy driver did run a stop sign in a neighborhood and luckily it was a low traffic area. Otherwise a pleasant ride. I did not say anything but I should have so he realizes there is a stop sign there.

oil change

When we returned, our service advisor was on break. A different person was walking by, and asked if we had been helped, and she tracked down or paperwork and helped us check out.

Excellent buying experience

Was considering a different make of truck but I always try to do buisiness with Paul Ziehr He came up with the idea on a Raptor as use for my company truck I am extremely happy Thank you Brad Rogers Sunset Electric
