Great service.

Everything was great. the only thing would be that I was done by 8:15 am on a Saturday and was told I needed to drive about a mile down the road to get my car washed (Kendall's complimentary service). I specifically asked if they were open (at 8:15 on a Saturday) at that moment. was told they were and when I went down there it was clearly closed. doors were closed, cones blocking the entrance to the wash. I live 20 minutes out of town. now I need to drive back to town to get my car washed. kind of disappointed. other than that, everything was great.

Great Service! Quick & Friendly

We waited six months before we went to purchase a car because the entire process is just no fun. But this was different. Nice people, most of the paperwork was completed before we showed up. Great service. We only spoke with our salesman Keith (who is very knowledgeable), the GM and the fiance department. All in about 1 1/2 hours and we were driving home. We purchased a 2015 Ford Escape. Everyone there was very courteous professional and helpful.

Kendall Ford

Re: service of sport trac II, Ford Explorer pickup truck, year 2008, purchased from Kendall Ford in 2009, with about 16,799 miles; mileage at time of this last service ~ 37,596 miles; the service was good and apparently good inspection Dec. 2014; inspection indicated that tires purchased from Kendall were near replacement with a little over 10,000 miles which seems a lot less than the 50,000 mile expectancy; what could be the cause of this wear at ~ $0.07/mile ? Inspection also indicated engine oil seep, brake lining wear and recommended brake pad service on front and rear brakes; seems that Ford truck performance is a lot less than performance expectancy? Kendall inspection also found coolant to be in poor condition; question? why not replace? electrical system discharging, truck has new AAA battery, maybe there are electrical conditions not made obvious on cars internal inspection system? PS: brake service (not performed) seems very expensive.

Recurring issue

The rear hatch window was leaking again. We purchased this Escape new from your dealership. The rear window had to be replaced previously and now there was another leak. It is repaired again hopefully for the last time.
