The service was great. I was expecting to pay for a diagnostic charge due to a high idle problem. Your staff could not replicate the high idle and therefore, did not charge me. This was right before Christmas and money is tight, so I just payed for the oil change. This was truly a needed Christmas blessing and the high idle problem seems to have gone away! Thank you!

We purchased a 2013 Lincoln MKZ used with about 3000 miles on it and I love it. The sales man was terrific. The service department went above and beyond duty with both our Lincoln and the new 2014 Ford F350 we purchased. We bought the Ford first and the next day the Lincoln that speaks as to how satisfied we were with you sales department. These cars had so many bells and whistles on them that we older folks could not figure them out without the help of you service department. Martin Westal was a real blessing when took a great deal of time to go over all those controls and buttons with us. We just can not say enough good about you guys. I have three vehicles my self and I'm taking my business to you're service department. I also recommended my parents and my brother, and friends for their vehicles to be serviced by Your service department. I had bad service with the previous place that did the service on my 2004 navigator i want it to try a new place and so far I'm very satisfied with the service you guys provided me with.
