5 stars without a doubt. I called 2 minutes after the dealership opened on a Saturday and Joel picked up immediately. I purchased a Ram 1500 Laramie with Joel's assistance, the process could not of gone smoother. While I was working with the Finance expert, Hans, Joel called my insurance company, had my address updated, and my policy changed to reflect the new truck. My overall experience was fantastic. My only complaint is that when we were working with Hans (who was fantastic and easy to work with) on the financing, my father who was with me, had to sit in a doorway to another office. While the rest of the dealership was immaculate, I do think it would be beneficial for finance team be located in a bigger space that can accompany a few more people.

This is our second vehicle purchased from Novak Motors. Joel was great! There was a wide variety of vehicles to choose from, we never felt pressured, and the entire experience was seamless.

I was pleasantly surprised at how low key/low pressure the experience was. I really liked the off lease used car emphasis.

It was a real pleasure working with Joel. I found this vehicle on carfax, and after my inquiry, the dealer replied to me immediatly. I pretty much worked the whole deal over the phone then drove about an hour to the dealer to make the purchase. Vehicle was excactly as it was described, right down to a few small scratches that weren't noticable but the dealer pointed them out ahead of time anyway. I would highly recommend this dealer for anyone in the market for a newer, low mileage vehicle.
