I cant speak highly enough about my experience with Joel and the folks at Novak Motors. We walked in off the street and happened to get Joel as our salesman. He was very honest and forthright and very knowledgeable about the history of many of the vehicles on the lot that we were interested in. I appreciated his no pressure and relaxed approach that ultimately ended up with purchasing a vehicle from Novak Motors. Everyone from the GM and folks that handled the paperwork were a pleasure to work with. I would go back for a purchase in the future and have already referred them to several family members and friends.
