Immediately after taking delivery I noticed several safety issues with the purchased vehicle. Extreme difficulty in getting my many phone calls returned.... I received the "run-around" and quickly learned of their "shady" misrepresentation of the vehicle purchased. Many safety issues involved with the vehicle. Currently submitting a letter of complaint to the DOT , ADAM and others. BEWARE!
David Bendall was my initial 'broker' contact. David was very helpful in showing me low mileage used Pilots on your lot. He was courteous, professional... and cooperative in working with my objectives. His sales manager also was helpful and low pressure. So far - I am pleased.

With some trepidation, I flew out to Wisconsin to check out a used Corvette. I had seen numerous pictures that Wilde provided for me, but past experience... told me there could still be surprises. After being a longtime customer future auto business may go elsewhere. After doing a "deal" I learned my trade in vehicle (that was pristine) was given... away by a bad purchase offer (my fault but valuable learning experience). After my "deal" I inquired through another person via an internet price only to find out my price was $4,000 higher!

My wife and I were in the market for a minivan and found an Odyssey she really liked at Wilde. Our salesman Tyler Zane was very helpful and took us for... a test drive. My wife loved the Odyssey and we decided to buy the van. Less than week later I noticed some abnormal noises while turning the wheel. We took it back to Wilde and it turned out that we needed a new axle and the steering wheel spline needed to be lubricated, $716. Our van only came a 30 day powertrain warranty so the repair costs were on us. Not happy, we talked with Tyler and his manager, Eugene Wade, and explained our situation. Without hesitation they offered to waive the cost of our repairs minus a small deductible. We could not be more satisfied with the way they decided to handled this. Both Tyler and Eugene went out of their way to ensure that our experience was a good one. We defiantly recommend Wilde because they are clearly more concerned with the relationship with their customers than making the sale. Happy customers

If you want to get screwed over repeatedly the then is the place to go. I have never been to a more unprofessional place in my life. I had to bring this... truck in 9 times (so far) in owning it less than 5 months. When trying to talk to a manager about it they just said we can't do anything about it. The service department probably has had my truck more than I have at this point. They still won't resolve the issue. They all are defensive and rude as well 10/10 would NOT recommend.
