The process was smooth and efficient. Nathan and Gabby were very attentive without exerting pressure. Negotiations were not drawn out and were executed in a professional manner. Explanations of the operating parts were thorough but we are working gradually on becoming familiar with them. Still have a way to go. Thank you Gabby for being patient with us. Job well done!

Unbelievable service-every time I leave their service...

Unbelievable service-every time I leave their service department my vehicle runs as if I’m driving a new car off the lot. Peppino Palladino my Service Advisor for the past 16 years is the best in the business-always does a thorough inspection to make sure my car is running at peak performance. Peppino also makes sure that I’m aware of upcoming services that may need to be done at my next appointment so there aren’t surprises down the road. I wouldn’t even consider taking our vehicles anywhere else other than Geoff Sigman’s service dept at inskip Lexus I Warwick. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to let the local community know about the terrific experiences I’ve had with these top notch professionals in the auto industry. I hope this helps anyone who is considering service at inskip in Warwick.

Live in Clearwater, Fl, with family in Middletown, RI. The tire “monitor” on my 2020 ES350 alerted me to an issue while I was driving in Massachusetts. I’m not mechanically inclined at all and was facing a 1,500 mile trip back to Florida. I wanted to get it checked out by a Lexus dealer before leaving. John helped me out right away, even though I didn’t have an appointment. Since I do return to Rhode Island pretty frequently to visit family, it’s nice to know that Lexus of Warwick is close by. A special thanks to John for his quick response to my mechanical issue.
