This dealership performed the services I requested. They suggested the services without undue pressure! I liked that! The valet service pickup and delivery was incredible. I feel i can really trust this dealership to keep my vehicle it top condition.

I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The three people I dealt with were helpful, willing to find answers to questions the very few times they didn't know something, and definitely not pushy. The sales rep went above and beyond in helping me get set up with my phone and explaining the different buttons on the steering wheel and dashboard. I will definitely go back there next time we need to purchase a vehicle.

No one remembers my truck being dropped off. Service mgr dropped the ball. Had an appointment talked service provider. I’ll call you by the end of the day. This was 10am. Never heard a word. I called service at 5pm. No helpful info. I get a call back at 5:35 from the service provider that checked me in. Did not have a clue what was going on with the vehicle. I’ll call you back at9 am tomorrow. Well the next day 145pm. Not heard a word. I called back for the 3rd time. Still no clue what or where my truck was. Calls me back. And says we forgot about it, that it was even here getting on it now. Are you kidding me. All we got was free delivery back to our house. 2.9 miles away. Wow what a sacrifice. What a Joke. And yes purchased from this place.

Didn’t find the perfect batch, but they were good at walking back to me right away and will continue to search for a vehicle looking for.

First time I have bought a vehicle from Apple Ford and will go back again. I was looking for a specific used vehicle and found one on their website and inquired. They behicle was just taken in in trade and was going through the inspection process. The dealership kept me informed as to the status of the vehicle. I was nervous that it would be sold before I could test drive it, but it all ended up working out and I now have the vehicle in my garage. A huge thank you to the sales team, especially Jillian for making sure they would not vehicle was not sold before I could get there.
