I have been using the Quick Lane for the last few years since I purchased my Escape from Patrick. I will say that once you purchase a car you become family. Patrick knows my name and is super friendly and ready to help in any way he can. You don't buy a car and then they forget you. Rick in the quick Lane was very efficient on getting everything together ! I had issues last time and Rob made sure everything was straightened out and this time it was smooth as silk. If you ever have a problem...LET THEM KNOW, they will fix it. I will be back for my next oil change and hope that Rick is still there as he was SUPER at his job!!

nice - easy check in - did what I asked and finished in good
I live in the neighborhood and wanted to have that old relationship with a car dealer. I appreciate the coupons as then the prices are actually better than I can get any where else. The fact that I can drop in at my convenience and still get the work done in a timely fashion is very important to me. . I do like the reminders in email that help me keep on on my cars needs

Replace Lease Cars
My 2017 Fusion & 2017 Escape (both leased) were up for replacement. The replacement vehicles my wife and I ordered came in early. The dealer worked with me to terminate my lease early and put me into my new vehicles with minimum delay. Thanks to all for a great buying experience.
