Good service on my vehicle however the wait time was long.
The service was very good despite the longer than normal wait time. When my was parked sticking out in the roadway where maintenance were crowding the roadway placing my vehicle was.exposed to possible damage.

Experience could have been much better
Walter Odell (with the assistance of Nolan Monke) was great to work with, I can tell that he truly cares about his customers. Unfortunately I also had to deal with RJ (Walter's sales manager), he is the true definition of the old "oily", fast talking sales man that no longer belongs in a sales force, but he's been there forever... He took the great experience Walter created and turned it in to a negative one. I just bought my second vehicle from Freeway Ford, thanks to Walter and thanks to RJ Johnson it is also my last one.

Communication + Service Lacking.
I was told my car would be done in a few hours after dropping it off. I did drop it off a day early by accident, but the service that followed was incredibly frustrating and poor. I was called that night to say it would be done instead by the next morning at 10 am. When I called the morning they said it would be done, they hadn't even started. On top of that, I was told I could pick my car up after hours because of when I got off of work. I was told to go to reception. I went to get my car around 7, an hour after closing, and found all of the doors locked and lights off. How was I supposed to pick up my car?? I took 3 ubers in those three days, amounting to about $60. Then I was charged $160 for basically a fuel sample, which resulted in them telling me nothing was wrong with my car. That is a ridiculous price for this kind of service. Nolan, in Sales, was amazing. He was the only one in the building when I tried to pick my car up "after hours" and searched for my keys and info. He was very apologetic and understanding.

Did not want to repair issue with SYNC screen, but Jonathon worked well with me-told me how I could remedy problem the least expensive way, possible.

I have used Freeway Ford as my service center for at least 15 yrs. I have always had excellent service at reasonable prices. I needed an oil change and brakes replaced because I had nearly 70,000 miles on my 2013 Ford Explorer. I also had a recall on linkage for the rear axle to be completed. Tyler Sundberg was the service rep who helped me out. He gave me an estimate on the work needed and approximate completion time. The price came in lower than the estimate and time shorter. Thanks again for your great service department!

Service was excellent as always
I have taken my car to Freeway Ford for service since I bought it there new in 2014. I have always been treated with respect and care. The service people are knowledgeable and professional. I feel confident that they are giving me appropriate recommendations about needed service. I also like the coupons. I feel they are reasonably priced. The location is very convenient as well. Thank you for giving me peace of mind that my car is in the best working order!

New Auto Purchase
Sales did their job. Vehicle preparation for delivery was not what I expected for a new car. Sale and Sales Management stepped up their game to recover the fumble. My customer service and quality of work ratings are not related to the sales experience.
