AMAZING

I spend a few days looking for vehicles, and every dealership wanted to charge me way more than what I was comfortable paying. I was treated as just another number to those other dealerships. Finally I decided to check out freeway ford and I will never go to another dealership! Walter and RJ, went above and beyond to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted with the payments I could afford. Thank you guys so much for all of your help, I will be sending all my family and friends to see you guys for their next vehicle!!!

Great new staff!

I see a whole bunch of new faces since my last oil change. The new staff is great! They are engaging and courteous and very helpful! Something else I really appreciate is that if you decide to preformed a repair yourself someone is willingly to give you pointers that is definitely very cool. I highly recommend the Freeway Ford Service Center to anyway whether they bought their car there or not and regardless of make or model!

Very friendly at check in. Extremely fast service. Kept me informed about the progress of my vehicle. Will never go back to apple valley ford.

Customers are number one

We had been looking at upgrading our F150 to a super duty 250 or 350 for several months but dreaded the prospect of going into a dealership. This was completely eliminated by Freeway Ford's outstanding customer service. We were greeted and shown the area to view the models they had available and they were able to answer any initial questions we had. We were taken care of by Bobby from the test drive to the final sale. The process was long, but not unusual for car shopping. Because of the delays we were offered to have dinner across the street and they would cover the tab. I have never been offered that before and was surprised and very pleased. Throughout we were introduced to various managers and executives and all were very friendly and courteous. This is the best car buying experience I have ever had and would highly recommend them just on customer service alone, but the price was also great. Thank you all at Freeway Ford Ray and Joan Rios

Experience always good but a little pricey

My experience with FWFord is always good.. The only thing is the price caught me off guard for the service that was completed on my escape.

Dishonest Quote for Service Item

This is a review of the service dept. They provided a dishonest quote, saying I needed new rear & front brakes @ $800.00. Specifically, they said the rear brakes were "metal on metal" and the fix needed to happen ASAP. I thought it was odd since I have never heard any noise when braking (and my car is relatively new at 35,000 miles). I had a road trip planned for the same week, so wanted to get a second opinion. I went to Midas on Lake Street in Minneapolis. What a difference in customer service & honesty. They told me I am good to go for now + at least 5,000 miles (and even showed me the brake pads up against the measuring tool) - at no charge. They also documented that there are 8MM and 5MM left on the pads (versus the 0MM and 1MM that Ford documented). I do have paperwork showing the difference. To add to the poor experience at Ford, they also could not find my keys at the end of my quick lane appt (which took two hours). And they forgot )or just decided not to) do one thing I wanted (pull the door code). Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately for me) by that time I was out of patience and time. They also said they wanted $50.00 which seemed steep to get a door code #. It could be standard, I am not sure. The woman at the service reception desk was kind and friendly. I hate giving a bad review, but it is sometimes needed to prevent others from having a shady experience. I won't be back. This is for the Freeway Ford in Bloomington on Lyndale.

The quick buy

For various reasons, we decided to look for a new (for us) car. I went online for local availability, found something appropriate at a store I had been to many times. Looked at 2 used vehicles, and said we would return the next day. We did, we drove, and we bought. No fuss, no muss, and all went smoothly. Good experience.

Good service poor price

Warranty Recall

Received a letter from Ford about a warranty recall on the rear suspension toe link on my 2017 Explorer. When I brought the car in, Dean, the service advisor explained to me I was a week early from my scheduled appointment, but not to worry he could fit me in. Due to this, it took a bit longer than it would have, but I was happy to be fit in and have it done. He also explained that if they found my wheels out of alignment, they could do the alignment for about half price than if I had it done at a later time. I gave him permission to go ahead with that also. Car was done on time and it drives great with the alignment.
