good car, electronic system less so

Salesman Brian Steinhorst treated me courteoslt, but failed to instruct me adequately on the ins and outs of several features. He only explained the sync system briefly which caused me several frustrating return trips to Freeway. Turns out neither he nor the general manager could answer all my questions. On the fourth return visit Noland gave me a thorough orientation like how to darken the screen set the nav system,etc. If you are going to sell cars with such systems please have a knowledgable staff w

This is the 4th vehicle we have purchased from Freeway Ford. Both sales and service are excellent. Our salesman Justen was wonderful. He was very familiar with the vehicle we were looking at and was able to provide answers to all our questions. He made sure we were comfortable with the SUV before we drove away and even synced my phone and set the clock. Best salesman we've ever had! (I don't see Justen Thelen in the drop down box below. You need to add him).

Out of State... Out of Mind

I contacted Freeway Ford over the internet and spoke to Nolan regarding a Ford Expedition Platinum Max. I asked if he could hold the car since I am 12 hours away and I didn't want it to sell before I could complete all the necessary paperwork. Nolan took my credit application and agreed to hold the car for me. They were able to overnight the documents that needed signed as well as set up a transport service to deliver the car to me in Indiana. Nolan and the entire staff were very low pressure and AMAZING to work with through the entire buying process! As a fleet manager that oversees 40+ vehicles, and numerous sales each year, I highly recommend this dealership.

Great Experience

Very friendly and not pushy. It was a great experience for me and I felt very comfortable the whole time. Sales people were great and gave me the information I needed to make my final decision.

Stopped in to lease a new 2020 Explorer. Called ahead to let them know I was coming in, vehicles were ready to test drive when I arrived, and I drove away shortly after with my new suv. Very efficient process.

Great sales experience

Nolan and Tim did a great job working with us to get our new Explorer. They were easy to work with, and didn't put us through a run around to make the deal. This is my 2nd vehicle from Freeway Ford.
