Surprisingly good service

I went in to just look and left with a gently used newer automobile. They were able to find financing that I hadn't thought possible. Kudos!

Great service

Nolan Monke was 1st class all the way very helpful. The only thing is car did not get detailed like they said it would. it was still dirty inside

Called and made an appointment because it's by...

Called and made an appointment because it's by appointment only during the stay at home order. To drive 1 specific vehicle 3 hrs later drove 1hr and 10min to get there then they went through a vehicle inspection on my trade just to inform me they could not sell me the vehicle I came for because they took a deposit on it! Man they are getting paid and I wouldn't waste someone's time like that!

A great buying experience.

Brian Steinhorst did a great job with us in our purchase of a 2020 Edge. He respected our time and the Freeway Ford management enabled him to deal directly with us in the buying process. I felt valued as a customer and believe that I received fair value for my trade and a very good purchase price. From the finance perspective, Lincoln took the time to make sure that we were able to acquire the best financing available to us. I highly recommend Freeway Ford an Brian Steinhorst.

Superior Experience at Freeway Ford

The whole truck shopping experience I had at Freeway Ford was first class from beginning to end. Brian Steinhorst treated my wife and I like we were family as he brought us through the process from beginning to end. From following up with me via text on my truck's progress to taking a photo of me next to my new truck, Brian showed a personal touch without being overbearing.
