I was able to stop in without an appointment and they finished the service in less time than the estimated quoted time. When I left I had the knowledge that they had checked everything and my car was in good running condition.

I came in for a air bag recall and they were very quick to replace it. They have one of the best customer lounges that i have seen.

Service was timely; sales assistance was what I needed to know. trying to decide if I should buy lease or lease new car in this coming year.

My power steering unit went out while I was plowing on Saturday, I brought my truck in on Monday they replaced the power steering unit and they had it ready for me to plow that same day.

So I wasn’t actually looking to buy a car at that moment in time because I didn’t believe it would ever actually happen. Long story short this sweet young lady named Angela was introduced to me and she calmly went straight to work on getting me into my dream car. I played a little hard ball with her but they never changed there sales approach or got upset. Finally RJ figures me out and he is a awesome old school numbers guy so he gets rid of the fluff and stuff and Angela and RJ got me the car I wanted, the payment I wanted, and the were more than fair on my trade in. So if you are looking to buy a new car I would go to freeway ford and work with Angela and RJ because they make an awesome team and will work there butts off to get you what you want!

I went to the quick lube to get a couple of things worked on. The tech had a issue getting a part off my car which caused a delay. I was kept informed of the delay and they also explained why. I was also given an apology which was not necessary. Great overall experience

My experience every way for was awesome and the customer service Was great the sale person took the time To work me and wife great.
