Oil Change

I was in for the manager's special in order to get my oil changed and tires rotated. The work took less time than I was told, which, of course is a good thing. The employees were also helpful with getting me around the shop. (I have bad knees and use a cane.)

Johnathan Fern / Oil Change / Hassle-Free

Johnathan was very friendly to my wife, Heather Roark. He provided her a rental, free of charge, which she very much appreciated so she didn't have to wait for her service. We like how Freeway Ford always washes her Explorer too. It was nice for the process to be so easy and convenient.

Barry McDaniels at Freeway Ford can do Miracles!

Freeway Ford has the best staff! Barry McDaniels went over and above his pay grade!!! I had bought a ford in a different state... it was a lemon. I worked with two other dealerships that would not get the work done . Three months I worked with Inver Grove Ford, who would do nothing to close the deal, yet continued to tell me they were working on my case! In two days after working with Barry McDaniels I had a new ford within one week! For nine months I worked with both Ford Corporation and two others dealerships who were going to hose me for more money! Barry McDaniels not only saved me thousands that the other dealers and Ford Corporation wanted... he got me out of my lemon and into a new car within 10 days! This car situation has gone on for 9 months .... 10 days from the time I contacted him till I had a new car...ill never use another dealership than Freeway Ford!!!!

New F-250 Diesel

I was in the market for a new truck & had some specific requirements. They did not have the truck in stock with the specifications that I wanted but they quickly tracked one down; which I drove off the lot this past Tuesday. Thank you Patrick & Barry for making my purchase an enjoyable process.

Best unexpected experience

Didn’t know what to expect. Got a warm welcome from Anthony and Glen. Was asked by both what I wanted and looking for in the Ford Edge titanium. Glen and Anthony knew exactly what I was looking for and made my experience that much more pleasant, no hassle, they took care of me from beginning to end. I’m so happy that Freeway Ford took such good care of me.

New to me escape

These guys worked with me while I was at work. I was in a nasty accident a couple weeks before and the got me squared away with a new-to-me escape. I had a great team rooting for me here since working as nurse I work the weirdest hours. So with the help of my family to agree this was an awesome vehicle and their expertise, I drove away in style!

Oil & Filter Change

I Always receive great Customer Service from Walter Odell. He got me in and out so quick I was not late for work and that was greatly appreciated. Always explains my bill so there is no surprises. He is great to work with and reflects nicely for Freeway Ford as an employee.

Refinance tips

Ford gave me $7500 in rebates, but I had to accept Ford Credit to finance my new F150 in order to get the rebates. That had a very high nose bleed interest rate. I would have to pay $14,400 in interest, thus wiping out all my rebates and trade in allowance. Joe Daniels at Freeway Ford, the business manager ,recommended an immediate refinance with my credit union upon receiving my new title. I did this, and am now saving $11,400 in interest and taking 2 years off my loan. And I get to keep the rebates! This makes my new truck purchase more bearable financially. Good service from Freeway Ford! The F150 (3.5 Ecoboost) is fast and fun to drive.
