Ford Escape maintenance

Airbag recall/replacement and oil change

I have been a customer since 2005! And I will take my 2005 Mustang no place else! I can honestly say I trust Freeway Ford to work on my car!

Return repair on My 2015 Edge.

After having a purge valve replaced on my Edge the engine light illuminated again. The service manager said to return the car for service. They provided a new Escape as a loaner and made the necessary repairs at no cost to me.

Awsome

John took me right in for an oil change with out me having made an appointment. John also explained that there was a good deal on the Works package which was very reasonable. To top it all off he had my car washed and he whipped it down personally before I drove out in the cold.

Service at Free way ford

The service was very friendly but there is still an issue with the echoboost. Service is unable to correct the problem. The car stops at stop sign/stop light and does not automatically start like it supposed too. This doesn't happen all the time. Service was unable to indentify the problem and suggested I monitor.

Maintenance plan

Maintenance plan part of lease agreement , paid extra for it. Oil ,wiper blades , rotated tires. Did not wash vehicle which I think is stupid but I have complained about that before

Amazing Car Buying Experience

Absolutely an amazing time purchasing a vehicle! Bill was so helpful in finding me the right vehicle and spent so much time test driving vehicles!!! The environment is so friendly and welcoming, would definitely recommend friends and family looking for a vehicle to stop here!

Happy Customer! First Time Ford Owner!

I believe the price for the car was a great deal. Bill, my car dealer, was far above other car dealers I had called.. He showed a genuine interest in meeting my car wants and needs. Bill also was pleasant and took time to answer a long list of questions I had regarding the C-Max Energi.
