Went in for regular oil change and whatever other service was due, based on lifetime oil change agreement when we purchased the car. More work was necessary than expected, so I will return in a couple of weeks. Having the oil change/service agreement is a good thing for me, because I don't have to think about what needs to be done to maintain my vehicle. Service was polite and efficient. Likewise, the warranty helps a lot, especially after 60,000 miles.

Tim Ross was a pleasure to do business with. Friendly and knowledgeable. He was patient and answered all my questions. He helped me make the decisions I needed to make to get a lease car. Also the young lady at the reception desk makes a great cup of coffee.

Brian a go getter.
Brian happen to walking by as we were entering the dealership. No heavy sales push. He stayed on top things for us and within 48 hours we were two very happy Escape car owners.

Oil change
Car wash broken. Waited 15 minutes to check in. Only 4 mechanics working. Took almost 2 hours. Heard some swearing from one of the bays. I didn’t think that was very professional

Oil change
Everyone was very friendly, kept us updated on the progress. The work was done in the time as stated. The waiting area and their work space was kept clean.
