Ford 150

Experience was excellent. Patrick was responsive and was totally focused. Allowed me to take a few vehicles out and test and was willing and able to answer all my questions.

Dissatisified customer

Overall I was satisfied with the level of service and professionalism during the drop off for a recall service. However once I picked up the vehicle there was trash from the repair left in the vehicle, there was a bolt on the floor, which did not get reinstalled, and the radio antenna was not connected as I cannot listen to the radio. I called the service department back approximately 5 minutes after leaving the dealership and it was clearly an inconvenience for the person I was speaking to. In addition, the individual didn't even offer an apology. Basically he just said to call back and schedule the service to fix the mistake. This is the first time I have been disappointed in the service at Freeway Ford.

Great sales experience for out of state buyer

I live in Miami, FL and recently purchased a used vehicle from Freeway Ford in Bloomington, MN which I found on their website. I worked with Fernando initially over the phone and email, and he was very responsive to my questions. Freeway Ford was fair in their price and the sale went smoothly. As an "out of towner" they even helped me with vehicle shipping prices. Fernando was friendly, professional, and made the car buying experience a breeze. I would recommend Freeway Ford to anyone that's in the car market...Thanks guys!

Friendly helpful employees

We'll never thought I would go to Ford dealership to buy a Chrysler but they just happened to have one that was traded in. I've only put a couple hundred miles on the Pacifica because of the weather in Minnesota. Hopefully when spring finally gets here I will be able to drive it more. I have been happy with my purchase so far but still need to learn all of the options this vehicle has on it. Hopefully I can get it out for a road trip soon so I can see really how it works.

Customer Service with a smile

Jonathan was very easy to work with on a routine "Manager's Special" service. He also was observant enough to catch that my vehicle had a recall on the airbag and offered to fix it during this service. I appreciated that very much. Plus I enjoyed his sense of humor.

Excellent service. Well done and fast too!

Service took less time than predicted. I'm happy with their response and timeliness. They are always courteous and prompt with answers to questions. Walter was great as were all their employees.

Great Tune-up

I was pleased to get great service for a Spring maintenance tune-up and I appreciated being told about also getting a brake flush which we are going to be doing shortly.
