Great Service

Service has always delivered expected results with no run-arounds. I have always been treated professionally by professionals. The last issue with my vehicle required it to be with the dealer for more than a day and I was presented with a rental without charge. I was impressed.

Anthony is the best!

This was my third lease with Freeway Ford and I had the opportunity to work with Anthony on this visit. Anthony was very friendly and did his best to get me in and out with a new car as quickly and efficiently as possible.

They turned me away.

The first time I tried to bring my car in for a service they told me on the phone they don't take appointments and to just show up. When I did bring it in they told me it was too late and turned me away. On a different occasion when I brought the car in they were able to help me out with a service as expected.

Convenient Service

Tyler was extremely helpful when I needed my Ford Fusion's airbag serviced. He kept me informed during the entire process and provided me with a wonderful rental car to use while my car was being serviced. I trust Tyler as my service advisor and would recommend him to others looking for a reputable advisor to manage their service needs.

Winter tire and wheel package

Jonathan was fantastic to work with. I requested a specific tire and wheel. Jonathan then made sure the correct size was ordered and at a price which was less than the online competitors. Very happy with the service!!! I will contact Johnathan the next time I need tires and or wheels.

Good service!

Walter was great - very friendly and handled the large rush of people well! He was able to fix my problems and walk me through the diagnosis of additional issues. I would return because of Walter. My only complaint is that 1-2 people working with a steady flow of people is not enough to handle the demands during a rush.

Another Great Experience!

I am very excited to share my great experience at Freeway Ford with my favorite car "guru" Brian Ward. He made my transition from a purchase to a lease a breeze. He was quick to provide me with the new car information within an hour of initially speaking. I am now in a 2019 Escape coming from a 2016 Escape and I am so happy! Brian showed me the new auto features and answered all my questions. He is very knowledgeable with the Escape. I will continue to work with Brian Ward in the future with my auto purchases/leases. The other staff at the dealership are all very kind and personable. (Gregg, R.J. & C.J.) Overall, I had another great experience at Freeway Ford. Way to go Brian! :) Lisa Glab

Oil change

Friendly, efficient, and timely service. They were on top of the fact that my air bag inflator needed replacement and took care of the problem.

Regular maintenance timely completed.

Estimate of time to wait was within 5 minutes (very accurate!). Oil change, vehicle check-up & tire rotation all completed at reasonable price. Very pleased.
