Great,fast service

WENT IN FOR QUICK CHANGE OIL FILTER AND TIRE ROTATION IT WAS FAST FRIENDLY.. ALSO FOR TWO RECALLS DONE.. THANKS I WAS IN AND OUT.. IN AN HOUR WHILE WAITING.

This could have been an expensive day

I brought in my 2015 F150 to check out why my front and was acting up. I have 73000 miles on this truck. When the service agent "Dean " called me to tell what they had found out was wrong and how much it would cost to repair, I decided to go ahead with the repairs. I told Dean , Just for the record I had brought my truck in eight months earlier when it was still under warranty because I felt something might be going on in the front end but it did not act up when the service department checked it out..But know 13000 miles later something definitely wrong.Dean told me he would communicate this to Ford. Well he called me at the end of the day to tell me the truck had been fixed and Ford picked up the tab What a nice surprise. If not for Dean going the extra mile for me I would have had to pay this bill..This is why I do business with Freeway Ford This my 4th F 150 I've purchased from Freeway Ford 1997-"2000-2010-2015 and 2016 Ford Edge. Thanks again Dean and Freeway Ford

Excellent service. Vehicle was done in time promised.

Quick turnaround on first oil change. Walter is a friendly and knowledgeable service writer.Truck was also washed and ready to go in the time promised. Also visited with Tim Ross,my salesman. Went over any issues, concerns and the satisfaction of my purchase. Tim listens well and goes the extra mile. Freeway Ford is very fortunate to have him on the team.

Quick and easy.

Replacing totaled Explorer

Our 2017 Explorer was totaled in an accident, and they worked with us to find a brand new 2018 model with all the same options, and got us going again quickly for a good price.

Outstanding Customer Service from Start to Finish

Within less than 8 hours (most were overnight hours) of my online inquiry for a Honda Odyssey, I was in direct contact with the store manager! Most dealerships assign online inquiries to other sales representatives but working directly with the manager made the information gathering and price confirmation process SO SIMPLE, RELAXED, and there were NO GAMES! The manager was quick to respond to my questions via email, text, and phone call depending on my preferences, and was truly invested in my personal satisfaction with the sale. I requested a trade-in on my '99 Toyota Camry as part of my purchase for the Honda Odyssey and was given above the Kelly Blue Book price to help me stay within budget for the new vehicle; all confirmed via phone and email before stepping foot onsite at the dealership. Prior to visiting the dealership for a test drive and potential sale, I was told by the manager that he would not be available in the evening and needed to pass my information to another team member. The manager made the transition seamless by briefing the new representative on our agreed upon price of the Honda, and trade-in value for the Camry so there would be no surprises, negotiations, or hassles. It was the most positive, calm, easy car buying experience I have ever had! When we arrived at the dealership, the new representative had the car cleaned and ready for our test drive, was extremely informative about all the features and functionalities of the car and let me take as much time exploring the car as needed. I had brought my husband and toddler with me to the dealership and the staff could not have been more friendly or accommodating with our family. When we were ready to buy the car, we were taken inside to meet with the sales representative who was also briefed on our confirmed price of the Honda and trade-in value of the Camry with no questions asked. Therefore, the buying process was simple and easy with no surprises or hidden fees. The dealership stayed open a little late for us to complete the buying process and our representatives walked us out to our new car (already on with the heat running!) to make sure we had all questions answered before pulling away. We are thrilled with our new addition and fully trust, recommend, and support Freeway Ford for future purchases for ourselves and family and friends. Every person that we were in contact with was professional, personable, authentic, knowledgeable, quick to meet our needs, and of the highest integrity! The only complaint: We left the lot in our newly purchased Honda Odyssey that evening with a 1/4 full fuel tank. I wish that they would have filled the tank for us as part of the purchase process.

Service

All service performed on time with no price surprises....the carwash after is a nice touch as well but the main thing is the staff is knowledgeable and courteous always!!!

Great

Had a lot of maintenance to get done and the staff were very nice. Spent a few hours there and they showed me the condition of the parts getting replaced as well.
