Salesman Fernando was patient with me and went above and beyond! The staff were very pleasant and helpful. It’s a beautiful office! I drove 35 miles to go to this dealership because they had a car I was interested in and would do it again. I was very pleased from the front desk gal who entertained my 5 year old, Fernando, the manager and left a very happy customer of a new Ford Edge!! 😊

Happy with turn around!
Not happy with the number of recalls by Ford , but very happy with the turn around. Was questioned why I was there after going into lobby for a cup of coffee.
