Easily the worst car buying experience ever. Three months later and still don’t have tags or title. It appears they have grown form a “buy here, pay here” lot to a new car lot and didn’t upgrade their employees or their process. Steer clear of this place, incompetent.

Hi Nissan of Cool Springs, I call xxxxxxxx on your pandemic excuses. All you had to do was send us the title documents to us and we got it transferred the same day. It took you over three months to accomplish that purely due to your obstinance and incompetence. We paid a large “dealer fee” for you to handle that detail and you couldn’t or wouldn’t, we had to do it ourselves. And remember the 200$ deposit we gave you that didn’t get applied to the purchase? How did the pandemic stop you from returning that money to us? It appears that profit is far more important than service to your business. That’s short sighted and will eventually cause you problems.

Rashod has been amazing to work with. Unfortunately, we did not buy from him since we are from out of town, but he worked harder to get what we wanted than any other salesman at any other dealership we talked to. Other salesmen say they will do what it takes to "earn your business," but Rashod really walks the walk, not just the talk. Brandon, the sales manager, was also very good to work with and went the extra mile. Thanks guys!
