James was knowledgeable and very helpful during our buying process. James has a great personality which made buying a car a less stressful process. He is truly the best sales associate we interacted with all weekend, which in turn, lead to us buying 2 Rogues, one for me and one for my dad. Brandon was also very professional and easy to work with. He made sure to show us different options for financing. I’m from West TN but always come back to Nissan of Cool Springs because they have an abundance of inventory unlike back home. This is my 2nd purchase from them. I first bought my 2011 Altima here a decade ago. I plan on coming back in the future too.

The Nissan Cool Springs team are top notch! James Haynes made the experience enjoyable with his lighthearted but professional down to earth approach. He put us at ease and we had not experience this at any of the other five, that's right, FIVE dealerships we went to....so this should tell you how well James did... I work with Salesman everyday in my job and I know when someone is genuine or when you are being given a canned pitch.... James is genuine. After a very long three days of searching over West Tennessee and a tiring Sunday afternoon of test drives that actually turned out to be very enjoyable, we landed in the office of Brandon who was just as professional. Brandon worked quick and showed us all options for financing that were available. My daughter had actually bought her first car there in 2011, This was my first time as a customer. We both plan to return. Thank you Nissan of Cool Springs Team for the good job! We look forward to seeing you all again.

L.J.'s honesty and kindness were the deciding factors in our choice to buy our Titan. He and Darius treated us with great respect, and dashes of great humor! We walked off multiple other car lots this week with full cash in hand because of shady sales practices and dishonest people at other competing dealerships. What a breath of fresh air to have worked with L.J., who truly cared about what we needed and wanted. He never pressured us about anything. His giant smile matches his giant heart!
