I came into the dealership with questions about Nissan SUV's. This was the first dealership of what I thought would be at least a handful of stores that I would visit in my search. I was prepared to consider a new car. After assessing my preferences, Alan and his team felt that a late-model Honda Pilot would be the best fit for my needs. After a test drive the next day, a night to sleep on the decision and some research through Consumer Reports, they were spot on. I bought the car today, 2 days after my first visit. I never visited another dealership. Alan was personable, professional, and very easy to work with. Supported by Eric (management) and the business office staff, they were efficient, helpful, and very easy to work with. I plan on returning here for service, expecting that the rest of the Nissan of Cool Springs family embodies the same character and respect that I saw in Alan and his colleagues. I would highly recommend them!

I had a fantastic experience with salesperson Mr. Lamin Jumu. I searched online, found the car, and inquired about the availability. Mr. Lamin immediately contacted me and reserved the car for me for a test drive. He explained all the questions I asked patiently and honestly. Immediately I decided to buy the car. He is an honest and transparent salesperson I have ever met. You won’t regret if you buy a car from him. I highly recommend him.

Can not recommend this dealership in any way after purchasing a used vehicle from them. Salesman was terrible, lied to us numerous times and then felt it was okay to bad mouth us as customers to another local dealership who had to fix the truck for us. Owner of dealership would not return our call. Would give zero stars if possible.

Chase basically did backflips for me to get me into the car that I wanted. I was able to drive it off the lot that day! I didn't have the best credentials, but he worked hard to make it happen. Straight shooter and won't waste your time!
