This has been the worst dealership in my many years of...

This has been the worst dealership in my many years of buying a vehicle. We have been lied to multiple times by the manager and the salesman. They sold us a truck with a check engine light on and said they had the part on order and it was an egr valve. Well, they sent it off to the manufacturer dealer to get repair and gave it to us “fixed”. Come to find out, the oem dealer told Nissan that this may not fix the problem. Well, the problem is back and $3000 worth of work. They said they knew nothing and we bought a used car. Also, they lied and said they would have an alignment done. That was decline on the paperwork as well. We are awaiting a call from the owner. Luckily, we have lots of documentation. Beware: Lairs! The salesman’s name is Josh. Beware

Amber, Thank you for your response but being lied to is never “in the plan”. It has happened by multiple people in your dealership and I will make sure that I will shout it out as loud as I can so everyone is warned. Again, lied to by Josh about the alignment getting done. Lied to from the manager about what was wrong with the truck, what got completed on the truck and the truth that the truck wasn’t fixed. Proof from another local dealership that has been a wonderful support for a new Tennessee resident.

This was by far the best buying experience we have ever...

This was by far the best buying experience we have ever had. Bishoy worked really hard to take care of us. Not only did he deliver on customer service but he got us a payment lower than we expected. No games and no pressure. He was professional and I honestly feel like he cared more about getting us what we wanted than closing a sell. We will be life long customers.
