What a great guy whom knows how to take it to the finish line. I went in to get a 2019 Titan and drove off in a 2021 Titan and saved money. Thanks to Chase and Collin and everyone there at Coolsprings.

Very bad experience
Bought a used car from these guys in late September and it had several underlying issues that they hid until I purchased. One was a torn CV boot that I called the same day about, they did agree to repair this, couldn’t do it at their shop so They took it to BMW. after a week I received my car back and within a week and half I took the car to BMW for oil change and they found rear differential had been leaking for quite a while. Why did Nissan not mention this when selling to me? Now check engine light is on. Please save yourselves a headache and don’t buy from these guys.

I have no words to express how much my parents and I loved Bayo. He, from the beginning, received us with a smile and was very kind and informative. My mom and dad walked out with a vehicle they never dreamed of having, for a GREAT price. At the end of the night we were taken care of by Gabriel Garcia.
