We had a great experience! I told Chase and the guys at Nissan of Cool Springs what we wanted to see trading in our 2014 Nissan Armada for a 2020 Nissan Armada and they called and delivered what I wanted to hear and went further than they had to go! Thank you Chase and Nissan of Cool Spring! Hands down great customer service from Chase!

I was looking to trade in my 2017 Nissan Rogue that had a lot of miles on it. I went to a different dealership at first to see what my car was worth and they didn’t provide the customer service I was looking for & I felt stressed that I didn’t get the deal I wanted. But then I went to Nissan of Cool Springs & Darius provided the best customer service anyone could ask for! He gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision & he understood my needs! I am super happy with my purchase! Darius made it a smooth experience & anyone in the future would be lucky to have him handle their sale! He’s an extraordinary guy & I recommended him to my clients! Chase Austin also did an outstanding job to ensure I got the deal I wanted & valued my business! Gabe in Finance was fantastic! He guided me through the contract with ease & made sure I understood all the info! I’m glad to say that Nissan of Cool Springs treated me with the upmost respect & care! Everyone here is awesome!

Joshua Bagley was exceptional when providing options of cars for me in what was important in my choices. He did his homework and devoted all his time to me. I can honestly say he made the sale. Honest and good person too. The finance person was also honest and helpful. I usually am skeptical with dealerships. They built my trust.
