BMW service
Usually a great experience- losing attention to detail. Spent almost $900 on an oil change, filter replacement and spark plug replacement and 1 week later I run out of windshield fluid? Thought topping off fluids was standard pretty much everywhere let alone in a luxury vehicle dealership. Disappointing. Service and facilities were great as always.

Ryan Lange did a great job with communication. Dropped the car off prior to a flight after having it cleaned, picked it up a week later and it was a mess from sitting outside under a tree or something, not blaming Ryan, he offered to wash it but I was on a tight timeline. Got a list of work they wanted to perform totaling $9,098.63 on my 2006 530i with a BB value of maybe $8K which seems ridiculous. Nevertheless, satisfied with the visit. certainly wont be returning to have two front shocks changed for $2312.34 or to have my radio head unit replaced for $2984.34. I mean, cmon. got a quote to get all 4 shocks changed for $780.

Been to several dealers n the west coast and southern CA, but BMW Tucson stands apart. As always, accommodating, professional, and masters of what they do. It takes a little bit to schedule service with a loaner, but isn't everything a bit slower nowadays anyway.
