Service Review

Took my car in for a recall and yearly check. The service department was great. The whole buying process with BMW was a big problem. I have already sent off complaints about that and have never received any response about it. The girl that took care of me in the service department was great. I would and will never recommend anyone purchasing a BMW from this location due in part to the issues I had with the purchase.

one year service

I was told it would take 2 hours for the service and it was 2 hours. Very satisfied.

Check in was prompt and covered the services to be performed. Car was ready as estimated. Waiting room is pleasant with coffee and water. Transportation provided to near by restaurants and stores if requested.

Excellent service.

Excellent service. Just had vehicle in for coolant leak. Found and fixed the same morning (radiator cap wouldn't hold pressure) at no charge. Also had extensive service done 45 days ago to repair oil and a/c evaporator leaks and replace front strut bushings. I've been very satisfied with my experience at this dealership.
